By booking and paying for any of our workshops or courses, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

What’s Included

All workshop materials, tools, and equipment are provided.
We reserve the right to adjust or update course content at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility & Requirements

Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have any dietary needs, allergies, health conditions, or learning requirements, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate where possible.

Payment

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
We do not hold provisional bookings. Unpaid bookings will not be guaranteed a space.
Private party reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Behaviour & Conduct

We expect all attendees to behave respectfully.
If a participant acts in a way that is considered inappropriate or disruptive, we reserve the right to remove them from any current or future sessions without refund.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
Gift vouchers and booking confirmations will also be delivered via email.

Liability

  • The Pottery Nest cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from events outside our reasonable control.

General Conditions

  • Acknowledgement of your order or quotation does not mean it has been accepted.

  • Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • The order confirmation outlines all terms agreed between you and The Pottery Nest.

  • Failure or delay by The Pottery Nest to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time.
Our cancellation policy allows flexibility for customers who give at least 24 hours notice before their class.
Short-notice cancellations have an impact on others, so please read the policy below carefully.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to The Pottery Nest via email
Requests are only considered received once you’ve had written confirmation from us.

  • If you fail to attend a course or pottery session for any reason, no refunds or rebookings will be offered (this is considered a “no show”).

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds, though we may offer a rescheduled class subject to availability.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions.

  • Pottery Painting Session bookings made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled (subject to space availability).

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

  • Vouchers are transferable — you may pass them on to someone else if you’re unable to attend.

Access

  • There are no lifts available 

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have wheelchair access at this time. Our studio is on the first floor, and the building doesn’t allow for a lift to be installed. 

Dietary requirements

  • We are able to tailor our course content for special dietary requirements. Please inform us in advance of any allergies and special dietary requirements
